We are independent residential inventory clerks based in Kings Hill covering Kent.

Working with our partner company, Westygas who have 34 years experience in the domestic gas industry, we are also able to offer Landlord Gas Safety Inspections and gas boiler servicing, smoke and carbon monoxide alarm installation, Legionella Risk Assessments, all fully insured, DBS checked and Gas Safe registered.

With 21 years experience in the property lettings market from both sides of the industry we are in a position to appreciate the needs of both the client and the tenant. As landlords we learnt the importance of an accurate inventory and know how crucial it can be for both parties.

We offer a six day a week service, and work early until late, depending on the needs of our client. We use the most up-to-date Inventory software so that you can have the completed Inventory as soon as possible.
